ISO Problems

Hello,
            I'm running mandrake 9.0 with kernel 2.4.22 from
http://www.kernel.org/ and libraw 0.10.0 from http://www.linux1394.org
<http://www.linux1394.org/> . My problem is that when I am trying to
capture the data on the iso channel, the program sits at the raw1394
loop iterate until is sees a packet of information. However the handler
function that I set to be called is not being called at all, but raw1394
loop iterate is returning. I have looked at the code in the libdv and
for what I can make of it, it appears that I'm calling and setting up
things properly so I'm not sure why the handler is not being called.
Attached is the code that I have been using to interact with the raw1394
library.
