ISO Problems

In order for a sanity check I put together the following program to do
nothing but collect data on iso channel 0. The program prints out when
ever I send data across the firewire on channel 0, but again the handler
that I specify is not being called. I'm running mandrake 9.1 (made a
mistake last e-mail) with kernel 2.4.22 and libraw 0.10.0. Attached it
the code that I'm using to collect the data. Please Help!!
