Hi, I have an EPOX 8RDA+ motherboard (nforce2 chipset). Everything works fine in 2.4 kernels.

In 2.6, I get the following in dmesg on loading the ieee drivers:
ohci1394_0: OHCI-1394 1.1 (PCI): IRQ=[22] MMIO=[e5084000-e50847ff] Max Packet=[2048]
ohci1394_0: SelfID received outside of bus reset sequence
ieee1394: Host added: ID:BUS[0-00:1023] GUID[00046103cd94479f]

The ieee1394 system doesn't seem to "see" any devices attached to the bus. E.g. running rescan-scsi-bus gives the following:
Host adapter ? (*) found.
0 new device(s) found.
0 device(s) removed.

lspci -vvv for the firewire device gives:
00:0d.0 FireWire (IEEE 1394): nVidia Corporation nForce2 FireWire (IEEE 1394) Controller (rev a3) (prog-if 10 [OHCI])

                Status: D0 PME-Enable- DSel=0 DScale=0 PME+

/sys/bus/ieee1394/devices has:
00046103cd94479f fw-host0

No sign of my ipod. Any suggestions?
