Hello all --
I'm sorry once again to bother you with a newbie question, but I'm wondering if
anyone knows whether I can boot from a firewire disk. I have an IBM-PC
compatible that is already running Windows, I don't want to repartition that
drive, and I don't have room for another internal, so I'm thinking of hooking a
LaCie firewire external to it and installing Linux on that, but I can't seem to
find any documentation indicating that it is possible to boot from it... does
anyone know if it's possible and if so, is there any reference to a how-to or
FAQ entry about this?
Thanks in advance,
David Favro
