re problem

When I created /dev/raw1394 with mknod dvgrab says:
raw1394 - failed to get handle: Invalid argument.
kino gives me error that module isn't loading or rw problems on /dev/raw1394

if i don't mknod the device the dvgrab says no such file or dir
