Hello!

I have a little problem using an ImagingSource (DFK 21F04) camera with
Fedora Core 3. For some reason the /dev/raw* device nodes arent't
created. At what point should they be created and by who?

When I have the camera plugged in and do 'lsmod | grep 1394' I get the
following output:

video1394 20493 0
raw1394 31789 0
ohci1394 35161 1 video1394
ieee1394 303737 3 video1394,raw1394,ohci1394

This seems to tell me that all the relevant kernel modules are loaded.
The firewire controller I am using is VIA VT6306. The same setup worked
fine with Fedora Core 2.

I really don't know where to start diagnosing this problem. Maybe
someone on this list can provide me with some insights? If there are any
more information I can provide you with please let me know.

Regards,
Mattias
