Hello list,

I would like to connect two firewire cameras to my computer to capture
synchronized frames.
At the end, I would like to get a series of corresponding pictures (like
a stereo video) of about 10 sec length by ~ 15 frames per second.
The sync difference within a pair of frames should be about 1 millisec.

Is this possible with linux1394 drivers?
What do I need additionally to the linux1394 drivers?

I consider to use two fire-i cameras (Unibrain).

Thank you for your help

Raimund
